When booking the below listed dates 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and 30 days advance notice is required in order to receive a refund of the deposit. For all other dates a one night deposit will be taken and 7 days advance notice is required for refund. * Please note, rooms booked inside our cancel period are not refundable if canceled.

Fantasy Fest: Fantasy Fest: October 22nd-31st *
*NOTE: A four night minimum is required October 27th -30th.

Power Boat Races: November 12-15th, 3 night minimum

Yearly:

New Years: December 26th – January 1st
*Note: A three night minimum is required December 29-January 1st.
