When booking the below listed dates 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and 30 days advance notice is required in order to receive a refund of the deposit. For all other dates a one night deposit will be taken and 7 days advance notice is required for refund. * Please note, rooms booked inside our cancel period are not refundable if cancelled, and full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

2013 Dates:

Valentine's / President's Day Weekend: February 14th - 18th, 3 night minimum
Memorial Weekend: May 24th - 27th, 3 night minimum
July 4th Weekend: July 4th - 7th, 3 night miminum
Poker Run: September 20th - 21st, 2 night mnimum
Fantasy Fest: Fantasy Fest: October 18th - 27th *
*NOTE: A four night minimum is required Wednesday Oct. 23rd - Sunday Oct. 27th.
Friday and Saturday closed to Arrive.
Parrothead: October 31st - November 3rd, 3 night minimum
Power Boat Races: November 3rd-10th, 4 night minimum

Yearly:

New Years: December 26th – January 1st
*Note: A three night minimum is required December 29-January 1st.
